Randstad is partnering with a MNC company that specializes in manufacturing of packaging materials. The company is expanding their Sales team and looking for a talented Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and account development by implementing strategic plans and closing sales opportunities.
- Enhance and expand existing account sales through proactive management and relationship-building.
- Expand market share by promoting a comprehensive product and system solution portfolio
- Recommend appropriate product solutions to achieve sales targets and maximize account penetration.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and develop pre-call plans and sales reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and manage accounts receivable effectively.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within the sector.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Act as a liaison between clients, account coordinators, specialized sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market competition and industry trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Manager as required.
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Marketing or related fields would be preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience selling B2B sales
- Exhibit maturity, independence and resourcefulness in handling responsibilites
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and initiative
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with experience dealing with protective packaging or food packaging would be preferred
