Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives and action plans.
Demonstrate adherence to the company's mission, vision, objectives, processes, and policies, setting an example for others.
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing and new customer accounts through telesales and marketing efforts.
Execute daily and monthly sales activities in alignment with established standards and targets, maintaining accurate customer records.
Gather competitive intelligence from customers and market feedback, providing insights to sales management.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective objectives and contribute to team efforts.
skill and experience
Hold a Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales roles with a technical selling background.
Meet designated sales targets and performance metrics.
Demonstrate commercial awareness, particularly in understanding acquisition costs.
Exhibit strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
