We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator, APJ to join our Facilities team in Malaysia, reporting to the Director of Global Facilities Management & Real Estate. This role involves overseeing office operations in Kuala Lumpur and traveling to other APJ locations to ensure they meet company standards. You will implement and document office processes and procedures while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and HR teams. The Facilities team aims to provide employees with a pleasant, safe, clean, and enjoyable work environment. This role also offers the opportunity to experience different cultures and contribute to creating welcoming office spaces.
