about the role
They are currently looking for a Workday Data Administrator to join their growing team. You will manage HR services for regional teams, including handling new hires, job changes, terminations, and addressing employee questions about HR policies. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle employee onboarding, transfers, and exits, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.
- Keep Workday HR records and documents up to date and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving the HR Shared Services Center's efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in HR shared services, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems like Workday.
