This role manages outsourced BPO partnerships within APAC Operations, ensuring vendor compliance with performance expectations, service agreements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive vendor relationships, collaborating with internal teams like Risk and Procurement.

• Act as the main vendor liaison, defining and enforcing operational standards.

• Oversee vendor performance, track metrics, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.

• Lead or support transitions of new processes to outsourcing partners.

• Identify and assess new outsourcing opportunities and vendor capabilities.

• Provide strategic insights on BPO operations, including digital advancements.

• Manage outsourcing costs, contracts, and compliance with agreements.

• Contribute to internal reporting, best practices, and business continuity planning.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong expertise in BPO and outsourcing, particularly Indian-based providers.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to drive change and work independently.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with financial oversight capabilities.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry and APAC regulatory requirements.
