Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Create and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales.
- Develop and oversee product placement and presentation at retail locations.
- Build relationships with distributors and retailers, implementing channel-specific marketing tactics.
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
- Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.
- Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing efforts.
- Train sales teams on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on trade marketing performance and insights to senior management.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Diploma or higher in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of trade marketing or general trade sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, merchandising, promotions, in-store activation, negotiation, and data analysis.
