About the Role:
... - Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid strategy, preparation, and submission.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for accurate and competitive bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, procurement, and operations to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tenders to protect company interests.
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents in compliance with tender requirements.
- Lead tender presentations, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations with clients.

About the Team:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant field.
- Civil infrastructure projects exposure is essential, with a deep understanding of the tender process.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
