about the job

Act as the technical liaison between the customer and the project team.
Collaborate with the Senior Technical Engineer to create customer-specific drawing packages, including view drawings, wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and parts lists.
Develop files for purchasing, production, and quality control, including drawing packages, memos, and parts lists.
Prepare material specifications for purchasing (BOM).
Review documentation based on customer specifications.
Serve as the technical point of contact for quality control and production.

requirements

Educational background in Electrical Engineering (post-secondary vocational education with 5+ years of experience or university of applied science with 0-5 years of experience in engineering).
Experience in designing distribution panels (or testing/production).
Experience with explosion-proof equipment design is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks or similar software is an advantage.
A team player with a flexible attitude and good technical insight.
Based in or around Kuala Lumpur, as the position is based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
