- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to senior roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in job requisitions, interview content, and competency-based assessments.
- Use recruitment data to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Support campus hiring, employer branding, and regional HR projects.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional TA Lead, you will be supporting the TA activities across ASEAN.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a regional COE setup, with strong adaptability, time management, and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
