about the role
They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their growing team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- Collaborates with stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the TA team, to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and diversity & inclusion targets.
- Manages end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-senior positions, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
- Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to create job requisitions, interview content, and assessments that evaluate candidates based on competencies.
- Utilizes recruitment metrics and data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and continually improve recruitment processes.
- Supports campus recruitment initiatives, drives innovative talent acquisition practices, and contributes to regional projects, employer branding, and HR initiatives.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional TA Lead, you will be supporting the TA activities across ASEAN.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a regional COE setup, with strong adaptability, time management, and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
