Shift rotation between US and EMEA working hours

Involved in certain IT projects administration

At least 4 years of experience in a technical support environment supporting on IT infrastructure issues, related to cloud(Microsoft 365, Azure) and basic networking issues
Experience in supporting for banking systems and domains are an added advantage
Strong English communication skills and email replying skills are a must
