We're looking for an experience and reliable Supplier Quality Engineer to join a growing team for a global power supply manufacturer!

the role
- Conduct comprehensive technical surveys to assess supplier capabilities and capacity to meet company’s requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the commodity group to develop and implement effective commodity strategies.
- Ensure supplier compliance with the Supplier Quality System Manual and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.
- Regularly audit key suppliers, analyze quality data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to new suppliers on company’s requirements and business processes, and conduct regular reviews of FMEA and SPM to ensure process control and improvement.
the experience
- Proven experience in quality control processes, including the application of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ISO standards, and electronic engineering principles (PCB drawings, IPC 600, 610 standards, schematic diagrams).
- Experience in supplier auditing, qualification, and selection processes.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin (dealing with Chinese suppliers)
