about the job
1) Yield Management & Revenue Optimization- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, time of day, and special events.
- Monitor parking occupancy trends and adjust pricing to maximize revenue.
- Analyze revenue reports and forecast future earnings.
- Introduce promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat parking.
- Engage with surrounding businesses (e.g., malls, office buildings, hotels, entertainment venues) to offer corporate or bulk parking packages.
- Conduct market research on surrounding businesses and crowd behavior within a specific radius.
- Develop partnerships with retail stores, F&B outlets, or event organizers to provide validated parking or exclusive deals.
- Collaborate with ride-sharing or car rental companies for designated parking agreements.
- Leverage data analytics to track parking patterns and optimize space allocation.
- Implement smart parking solutions like mobile apps, QR-based payments, and real-time occupancy tracking.
- Explore integration with navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to direct drivers to the site.
- Collaborate with the business development team on budgeting and implementation timelines for new car parks and associated systems.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and minimal congestion.
- Manage and maintain parking equipment, ticketing systems, and payment platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily collection reports to the Finance Department and report any discrepancies to the superior.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure it aligns with the budgeted targets.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales & marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs or performance expectations.
- Preferably, candidates with experience in e-commerce, car rental, digital payment platforms, loyalty programs, or other customer engagement channels, with a passion for bringing new and innovative ideas to capture market share.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the car park industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data into clear, actionable business and statistical reports.
