Randstad is partnering with a well-known retail brand. They are currently looking to hire a Store Manager (Fashion/Watches/Jewellery) to:
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Train, coach, and develop the team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage store budgets, sales forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail/watches/jewellery
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for sales, client engagement, and team development.
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing a high-performance team.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
