About the Role
The Associate, Marketing will support marketing and CRM initiatives to drive business growth. This role involves leveraging customer data to inform strategies, executing brand activations, and managing partnerships to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM & Data Analytics: Manage reports on customer acquisition and retention, develop CRM strategies, and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Brand Marketing: Assist in planning and executing seasonal activations, sales promotions, and in-store customer events. Collaborate with landlords and third-party partners to drive store traffic.
- P.R Support: Coordinate sample inventory with P.R agencies, manage asset distribution, and support media requests.
- Database & Collateral Management: Oversee customer segmentation for communication, manage in-store marketing materials, and drive database growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
