About the Role
We are looking for a Specification Executive to drive pre-sales awareness and expand our specification market. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, QS, M&E consultants, and government agencies to provide technical solutions and enhance product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with architects, quantity surveyors, and designers to drive specification activities.
- Provide technical consultations and calculations to support project requirements.
- Conduct regular presentations, and training to promote product specifications.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer challenges.
- Ensure effective pre-sales strategies to increase market coverage and achieve corporate goals.
