About the Job
As a Specification Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and specifying products in key construction and interior design projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and developers to build strong relationships and secure project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with architects, interior designers, and developers to specify products in projects.
- Develop and maintain a project pipeline to support business growth.
- Work closely with distributors to secure specification projects.
- Implement company strategies to expand market presence and reach new customers.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical advice to clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Skills & Experience Required
- Has strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is skilled in market analysis and business development.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Possesses experience in construction project sales or related materials (laminates, wallpaper, carpets, etc.).
- Owns transport and is willing to travel as required.
- Is passionate about meeting new people and building relationships.
