• Lead the Engineering Office team in all tasks related to technical design.
• Oversee the preparation of overall designs from the tender stage through project execution, including testing and commissioning.
• Provide guidance to the team throughout the design, testing, and project stages, ensuring effective review of completed work.
• Offer technical direction and expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
• Make prompt decisions and resolve technical challenges to ensure an efficient project environment.
• Proactively communicate with all team members, offering encouragement, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate the economic feasibility of design solutions and provide actionable feedback for technical cost-benefit optimization.
• Lead the selection and procurement of equipment, including PV panels, inverters, transformers, RMUs, MSBs, and cables.
• Review tender proposals once sufficient documentation is provided by the Business Development Team.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel.

• The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Being a SEDA Certified GCPV/OGPV Person is a plus.
• Required skills include project management, coordination, and supervisory abilities. Experience with AutoCAD and Pvsyst is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed across Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential.
