about the job
This role is responsible in managing and lead the company's social media and content marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Create engaging content - graphics, videos, and copy - while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our campaigns fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and support campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Research and coordinate speaking, editorial, and award opportunities.
- Plan and execute multi-channel social media marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social media, public relations, events, and email marketing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
about you
- 3-6 years in social media management or content creation or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Skilled in content creation, including writing persuasive copy, graphic design, and video editing.
- Ability to analyze data, measure campaign success, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and maintaining a strong brand identity.
