- Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring the construction of roads is carried out as per design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports on construction progress, budget adherence, and timeline status for stakeholders.
- Oversee the inspection, procurement, and use of construction materials like asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and road signs.
- Expertise in road design, construction methods, and materials used in roadworks (asphalt, concrete, etc.).

skills and experience required
- Bachelor Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Project Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Industry
- Practical experience in roadwork projects, including the construction of roads, highways, or related infrastructure.
- Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience
- Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently
- Willing to relocate to get involved in the entire cycle of project
