Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end setup of the RTR function in a new Shared Services Center, including team recruitment, process design, and system implementation.
- Establish and implement best practices for efficient RTR processes within the SSC environment.
- Develop a high-performing RTR team, providing training, guidance, and ongoing performance management.
- Design, standardize, and document RTR processes, ensuring they align with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and cost efficiency.
- Establish a framework for strong internal controls, monitoring accuracy and compliance in all RTR activities.
- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the RTR function.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, highlighting trends, and addressing discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, audit, and business partners, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for RTR-related queries and issue resolution within the SSC.
- Collaborate with other functional leads in the SSC to support seamless integration and cross-functional processes.
- Lead RTR-related projects, including ERP implementations, process migrations, and system enhancements.
- Manage the transition of RTR processes from local entities to the SSC, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery.
- Drive transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing the SSC's operational efficiency and scalability.
It'll Be Good If You Are:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in RTR, finance, or accounting.
- Extensive experience in setting up and managing SSC environments, preferably with a focus on RTR.
- Proven track record in process improvement, change management, and automation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
