We are currently looking for a talented Service Sales Engineer for an European MNC that specializes in electronics manufacturing.

the role

• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to determine their project requirements.
• Identify new sales opportunities by leveraging strong product, solution, and customer knowledge.
• Collaborate with the account manager, Inside Sales Engineer, and Field Service Operational Marketing teams to prioritize increasing sales of Service Plans.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for all services in the region, including customer service-related offers.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
