We are seeking a highly skilled Windows 365 Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee the deployment, management, and support of Windows 365 solutions for our clients. The SDM will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of services, maintaining service quality, and managing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams, handling escalations, monitoring service performance, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud services, project management, and client-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Windows 365 services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Manage customer expectations, provide regular updates and handling escalations.
• Lead problem resolution and continuous service improvements.
• Able to manage Customer Expectations
• maintains positive relationships with client & stakeholders.
• Identifies customer needs and oversees service delivery within the business context.
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Adhere to the SLA’s , Coordinate Support shifts and interface with other service managers
