Key Responsibilities
The Senior Trade Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Marketing and Key Accounts teams to develop and implement trade promotions that drive sales, improve visibility, and grow market share. This role involves managing in-store activities, promotional campaigns, merchandising, and retailer relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to design and implement trade promotions.
- Translate marketing plans into actionable sales strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness, ensuring budget alignment and sales goals.
- Execute merchandising activities, including planograms, POSM deployment, and shelf space planning.
- Drive shopper engagement through in-store events, coupon promotions, and visibility programs.
- Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure the success of programs and materials.
- Analyze data and conduct audits to identify sales opportunities and market trends.
- Propose category advancement strategies to improve merchandising and assortment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or Beauty industries.
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
