About the Role
The Senior Trade Marketing Executive will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth across multiple channels, including artisans, distributors, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with sales and business goals.
- Manage category marketing initiatives, including consumer insights, trade promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to support customer engagement activities such as innovation days and distributor conferences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional content to support on-ground activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve product positioning.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, manage social media content, and track online sales performance.
- Support new product launches with tailored marketing strategies for B2B customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative, energetic, and self-motivated, with a strong customer focus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
