about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior TA Executive to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to meet workforce and organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment events and campus hiring programs.
- Track recruitment metrics to improve processes and report updates to management.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, working closely with another 2 team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the engineering and construction industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
