- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java & Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices architecture to support enterprise-grade solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality is preserved
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team
- Stay updated within the technology space and provide suggestions on improvements or optimization within the organization
must have requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
nice to have
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and container orchestration.
