This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales (APAC). As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the markets of Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be the interface between the company and distributor teams for all queries pertaining to the launch and the date-to-date business and solve for them
- Analyze category, channel-customers' trends, competition, and shopper behaviour to develop innovative category & channel initiatives
- Coordinate and partner distributor's marketing team to develop the BTL activities
- Work closely with supply chain and customer management teams to ensure right stock levels with proper stock replenishment
- Conduct business reviews with parents company and the distributor and build action plans to drive growth
