Identify, approach, and close business deals with FMCG brands and media agencies.
Consistently achieve a monthly sales targets in media sales.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with FMCG brand marketers, key account managers, and media agencies.
Position in-store media as a strategic advertising channel alongside Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and digital marketing solutions.
Collaborate with clients to tailor media solutions that integrate in-store platforms with broader campaigns.
Lead contract negotiations, secure long-term agreements, and foster ongoing client loyalty.

about you
3 to 5 years of experience in media sales, ideally within in-store media, OOH, DOOH, sampling agencies, or digital marketing targeting FMCG clients.
Established network of contacts within FMCG marketing teams and key account managers.
Prior experience collaborating with media agencies to position and sell advertising solutions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a hunter-style sales role.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently while contributing to a fast-moving team environment.
