the role

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, and meetings.
• Grow and manage existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Acquire new customers through research and cold calling.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical seminars professionally.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare product costings, quotations, and sales reports.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Follow up on payments to ensure compliance with credit terms.
• Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and environmental policies.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
