Needs Analysis and Solution Selling: Conduct thorough site evaluations to understand client-specific requirements, provide expert consultation on engineering adaptations for cooling towers, and propose optimal solutions.
Tendering and Proposal Management: Manage the tendering process, prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our solutions.
Project Pipeline Management: Proactively track upcoming projects and commercial developments to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

skills and requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or any other engineering discipline
- At least 2 years working sales experience
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain engineering concepts related to cooling tower systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player
