- Develop the local sales market by categorising market segments, analysing competitor products, and overseeing marketing and promotional activities for the local market.
- Manage customer relations within the regional market, maintaining and expanding sales channels.
- Create and execute sales plans in alignment with the company’s requirements.
- Assess order risks and implement effective strategies for payment collection.
- Assist in organising the company's exhibitions, customer training sessions, meetings, and product promotion events.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and conduct sales data analysis.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
skills and requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Electrical or equivalent
- Candidate with working experience in HVAC industry would be advantage
- Multilingual skills in speaking or writing
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft or equivalent
- Strong business learning and understanding, strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion
- Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel frequently
