About the Role:

• Prepare and monitor accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for ongoing and new projects.
• Manage the contractual aspects, from preparing tender documents to reviewing contractor claims and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Track project costs and manage variations to ensure projects stay within budget, making recommendations to minimize financial risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, negotiating terms to secure quality services and materials at competitive rates.
• Provide regular financial reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and audit purposes.
• Guide and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
