the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
- Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and objectives to enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
- Oversee supplier quality management, driving improvements and qualification processes for new and existing suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Lead customer audits, manage corrective actions, and ensure prompt resolution of quality-related concerns.
- Establish key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive a data-driven approach to monitor and improve overall quality metrics.
- Manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and customer specifications.
- Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and risk assessments (FMEA, 8D, CAPA).
the experience
- Proficiency in both Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality role.
- Well-experience in metal stamping process or mechanical assembly process.
