about the job
- Oversee project revenue recognition and cash flow management.
- Define project scope and schedule by reviewing project specifications, customer requirements, and performance standards.
- Estimate project costs, manage project implementation within the allocated budget, and prepare Actual Costing Sheets to assess the project’s financial status.
- Develop and maintain project Gantt charts for tracking, close monitoring, and controlling project progress.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions to be issued to factories or sub-vendors for procurement.
- Lead project planning efforts and track milestones to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved.
- Compile and analyze data to prepare project status reports, providing clear summaries of information and results.
- Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress reports according to project requirements.
- Host kick-off meetings and other relevant discussions with clients, vendors, and factories to address and resolve project issues.
- Perform all necessary tasks to ensure client acceptance.
- Maintain consistent communication with project team members and collaborate across departments to drive project initiatives.
- Prepare and compile complete project documentation.
- Provide regular updates to superiors.
- Identify project risks, prepare non-conformity reports (Change Notes), and manage project closing and improvement plans. Lead lessons learned meetings with relevant departments.
- Participate in ad-hoc requests as needed.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering or Management field.
- PMP certification is a strong advantage.
- Additional Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, make decisions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in planning and scheduling to ensure timely task completion within budget.
- Proficient in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and optimizing resource utilization, while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Capable of identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changes in project scope, schedule, or resources.
- Multilingual candidates are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey high-level strategies and technical details clearly across various disciplines, locations, and organizations, including senior leadership and stakeholders.
