About the Role
The Senior Product Executive will oversee product development, market research, supplier coordination, and promotional planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: Lead assigned NPD projects, collaborate with suppliers, conduct market research, and oversee product testing, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
- Product Management: Monitor supplier pricing, manage inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and resolve product-related quality issues.
- Marketing Strategy & Coordination: Develop marketing plans, create promotional content, support digital marketing efforts, and conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics, Science, or related fields. Marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience: 2-3 years in product development, marketing, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Resourceful, results-driven, and proactive team player.
