This role will take ownership of performance-driven digital campaigns that deliver real results. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for driving paid advertising success, optimizing website performance, and ensuring every marketing dollar contributes to tangible growth.

Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Optimize landing pages, websites, and customer funnels to maximize conversion rates.
Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure all web and blog content follows SEO best practices.
Run A/B testing to continuously improve ad and landing page performance.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including KPIs, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient and impactful spending.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with creative, content, and event teams to ensure campaign messaging is aligned and impactful.
about you
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and digital campaign optimization techniques.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign performance tracking software is a bonus.
Independent, self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
KPIs: ROAS, cost-per-lead (CPL), campaign CTR, website conversion rates, and lead generation volume & quality
