about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior Mobility Manager to oversee the Mobility function, managing international assignments, and ensuring seamless talent movement across regions while adhering to immigration and tax regulations.
- Deliver professional services and facilitate smooth talent movement across regions.
- Serve as the second point of escalation and the primary contact for organizational development-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end HR service delivery, including delegations, permanent transfers, and international local hires
- Oversee the operation management of vendor and inter-company billing processes for the Asia Pacific region.
