Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, usability, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across mobile platforms.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share Flutter best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase and development processes.

must have requirements

3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
Experience with state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Redux).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
Familiarity with mobile design principles and guidelines for both iOS and Android platforms.
Experience integrating with backend services and databases (e.g., Firebase, SQLite, or similar).
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

nice to have requirements

Experience with animations and custom UI components in Flutter.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile app deployment.
Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
