Randstad is partnering with a well-known International Sports Brand. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Merchandiser (sports retail) to join them.

You will need to:

Plan and manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels across multiple categories.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to make informed merchandising decisions.
Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Lead seasonal planning and product selection in alignment with consumer demand and brand positioning.
Provide insights and recommendations on product performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in retail merchandising, preferably sports retail
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Strong passion in sports industry
