My client is the top 3 within the Beverage retail space of Malaysia. Currently I have partnered up exclusively with them to expand their Marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Assist in developing marketing plans to boost brand awareness and product sales through offline channels.
- Campaign Ideation and Execution: Plan and execute innovative campaigns, including in-store promotions and roadshows, while managing the creation of promotional materials.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, brand activations, and collaborations, ensuring effective communication of brand values.
- Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships with brands, influencers, and organizations to expand brand visibility.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Branding and Messaging: Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and develop messaging strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
- Team Coordination: Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years in offline marketing, event planning, or branding, preferably in the beverage, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong expertise in offline marketing strategies and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred for managing Mandarin-based campaigns
