In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across 40+ stores. You will manage a team of three, providing hands-on guidance, ensuring timely and effective execution, and collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing and other departments.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3, including a Marketing Executive, Multimedia Designer, and Photographer/Content Creator, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, in-store, print, digital) to drive traffic and sales for retail stores.
- Brand Communication: Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing touchpoints, from promotional materials to social media and in-store communications.
- A&P Coordination: Collaborate with mall management and external partners to coordinate advertising and promotion (A&P) activities for all stores.
- Content Oversight: Work with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, and written) that enhances brand visibility and resonates with customers.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and support store openings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
about you
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, including in-store promotions, digital marketing, and A&P coordination.
- Hands-on experience with the planning, managing and execution of marketing communications material on online or offline marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to travel to retail stores (40% travel expected).
