This role plays a key responsibility in shaping the company's brand presence by leading the charge in industrial content creation, social media strategy, and high-impact marketing campaigns. Collaborating with global teams, this role focuses on crafting compelling narratives, strengthening brand visibility, and optimizing marketing performance through data-driven insights. With a sharp eye for consistency and innovation, the Senior Marketing Communications Manager ensures that all digital communications align seamlessly with business goals, making every campaign not just effective but unforgettable.
- Develop and execute industrial content strategies aligned with the company's global brand and market goals.
- Create and distribute high-quality content across digital platforms, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Manage the global social media presence, driving engagement and audience growth.
- Plan, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns, using insights to enhance performance and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
- Track industry trends and competitors to uncover new content and campaign opportunities.
- Uphold branding guidelines for a strong, cohesive brand presence.
- Lead and mentor the Penang marketing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
about you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, and campaign analytics.
- Preferably to have Semicon / Industrial / B2B industry experiences.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing content strategies for industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet
deadlines. - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
