Senior Manager, Group Treasury (Listed Developer)
A listed property developer is looking for a career minded financial controller to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the GM and CFO of the company.
Main responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Group Treasury
1)Monitor and ensure efficient and optimal funds management.

2)Liaise with lenders on existing and new borrowings.
3)Furnish relevant financial documents to lending institutions to facilitate the applications for financial facilities.
4)Prepare up-to-date and relevant documentation to improve the efficiency of financial facility applications and/or modifications/ improvements to existing financial facilities; and
5)Participate in exercises related to capital raising and/or funds to ensure the future success and sustainability of various business units and/or new business ventures.
Key requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in group treasury
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Property development or listed company experience will be an added advantage
