about the job
- Understand market demand, conduct market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the company's property portfolio (retail and commercial).
- Oversee commercial leasing and sales across the group’s property portfolio.
- Strategize and execute business plans while assessing and shaping the strategic vision for the real estate portfolio.
- Lead and guide the leasing department to achieve leasing targets.
- Increase occupancy and gross income through strategic leasing and marketing plans.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, retailers, business partners, and others.
- Source new tenants that align with the tenant mix plan.
- Liaise with tenants and various internal stakeholders, including Design, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments.
- Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the properties.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in mall or commercial leasing, with a proven track record in leading teams, securing tenants, increasing occupancy, and generating revenue.
