about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR Executive (Team Leader) to join them. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Oversee performance management with reviews and coaching.
- Develop and implement employee training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967).
- Maintain accurate HR records and stay updated on industry trends.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, offering guidance and development opportunities.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, leading a team of 4-5 team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
