In a team of 5, you will directly report to the Head of HR and functional reporting to HR Manager.
skills & requirements needed
To be an ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a HR generalist. You are proactive, equipped with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside knowledgeable with labor and industrial relations practices within the manufacturing space.
