about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive (TA) to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies, employer branding, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate training programs, assess learning needs, and manage training logistics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory training requirements.
- Support HR operations, including employee engagement, reporting, and administrative tasks.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, working closely with another 1 team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the engineering and construction industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
