Budgeting leadership: Lead the annual budgeting process from start to finish, providing guidance on new items and securing board approval.
Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, including activity-based costing.
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Results-driven, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and tackle complex issues.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis
•Familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in financial work.
