About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in preparing and managing full sets of accounts, including month-end and year-end financial reporting.

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax and audit requirements.

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the executive team.

• Oversee cash flow management, including treasury and funding activities.

• Implement and enhance internal controls, financial systems, and processes for efficiency and risk mitigation.

• Partner with operational teams to evaluate business initiatives and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:
